Stuart wants to ensure you receive a quality item on time. If something is not right please contact me immediately.

Your order is often processed within an hour of receiving it.

Cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order – full refund.

Cancel after 30 minutes of placing your order – a partial refund depending on whether it has been printed and packaged.

As most of the greeting cards are personalised, returns are not accepted.

However if there are any issues with the card you receive please contact me immediately so a satisfactory solution can be found.

Items are shipped via Australia Post and the majority arrive within 6 business days. Contact me immediately if the item does not arrive by the time advised in the dispatch email.

  • If there is time before your celebration date, a replacement card will be sent.
  • It too late, then you will be offered the choice of being sent a different card or a refund.

Your personal information is only used so as to successfully complete your order. You will only be contacted in relation to the order. The information will not be disclosed to third parties.
